Arrival and departure
Arrival: On the day of your arrival your apartment will be ready
from 2.30 PM. However, you are welcome to check with us a few days before arrival,
to see, if it may be ready earlier.
Departure: On the day of
departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at the latest by 9.30 AM
Booking and payment conditions
Your reservation becomes valid as soon as we receive the deposit of 20% of the total amount.
As reason for transfer please state your name.

In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable. The cancellation conditions are listed below.
Please pay the remaining amount in cash on site or transfer the money in advance.
Other payment option: non-transferable cheque.
A free cancellation of your booking is possible up to 2 months before departure. In case of later cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is between 6 weeks and 7 days before arrival, half of the total booking must be paid. In case of cancellation within 6 days befor arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. To avoid inconveniences of this kind, we recommend to take out an appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
