For 2 people

The prices are for a minimum stay of 5 nights and with an occupancy of 2 persons
For each additional person we charge 15€/night.
Children: free from 0-2 years and from 2-10 years 7,50€
For a stay of less than 5 days we charge an additional fee of 50 € for the final cleaning
Local tax: 2,50 € per day and person. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from local taxes
Pets are not allowed!

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On the day of your arrival your apartment will be ready from 2.30 PM. However, you are welcome to check with us a few days before arrival, to see, if it may be ready earlier.

Departure: On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at the latest by 9.30 AM

Booking and payment conditions

Your reservation becomes valid as soon as we receive the deposit of 20% of the total amount.

Cancellation conditions

Reservations can be cancelled up to 6 weeks before the planned arrival date without cancellation fees. Only the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation within the last 6 weeks before the planned arrival, a compensation of 50% of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the planned arrival or in case of early departure, we charge 100 % of the total amount.

To avoid this type of inconvenience, we recommend that you take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
